A cold-hardy leafy green that grows best in cool weather and partial shade. Plants produce tender leaves that can be harvested young for salads or allowed to mature for cooking. Regular harvesting encourages continued growth through spring and early summer.

We offer free delivery within 15 km of Hunter’s Mountain, including Baddeck, Middle River, and Wagmatcook. Delivery is also available across the rest of Cape Breton on orders over $45.
