Locally Grown Produce for Restaurants
Crab Apple Farm supplies fresh, seasonal produce to a small number of local restaurants across Cape Breton. We offer reliable weekly deliveries, with vegetables harvested as close to delivery as possible.
Because we grow on a small scale, we’re able to work directly with chefs on crop planning and, when possible, grow specific varieties for individual kitchens.
Our farm-to-kitchen service includes:
- Weekly delivery during the growing season (June–October)
- Fresh, seasonal produce with changing weekly availability
- Pre-season crop planning and clear communication
- Custom growing of select items when feasible
- Flexible quantities suited to small and mid-sized kitchens
